FAQ

Shipping and tracking

 

- We currently ship to : USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. 

- Shipping is free for all orders and all items.

- You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has arrived in your country (if applicable).

 

Cancelation

 

- Items are crafted on demand. Therefore, cancelation and refund are not possible once your item has been crafted.

- Our team will process your order within 48 hours. During this time, you can email us to cancel your order.

 

Shipping Times

 

- Once your item has been crafted and handed over to the carrier, usually 25 to 40 days. Due to COVID-19 measures in each country, shipping may take a bit longer, which is out of our control. We hope you understand.

 

Address

 

- We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

- Please make sure your address is complete (street, number, building, apartment etc.) and that your phone number is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes.

 

Customs

 

- Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

 

Return/Damaged item

 

- Please email us (with pictures showing damages) once you receive your item in order to initiate the return procedure.

 

Exchanges

 

- We currently do not offer exchanges. You will have to pass a new order and return the other item. Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned package is received. 

 

Discounts

 

- Discounts can be used once per order. You cannot use two or more discounts per order.

 

Location

 

- Our company is based in France. Designed in Italy.  Warehouses are located in Asia.
